Kyle was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University attaining a bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing and real estate. His interest in real estate comes naturally. His family is involved in residential and commercial real estate development, property management, and brokerage ownership.
He has a true passion for the residential real estate industry, the combination of marketing, technology, and real estate expertise has taken him far in his career. However, his integrity is what clients appreciate most. Kyle is very honest and transparent while he educates his clients. In addition to his experience selling homes up to $8,500,000, he also has a Broker License, the highest level of real estate licensing, manages multiple of his own rental properties, and has experience completely renovating properties of his own.
Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, dog, and friends. In addition to his hobbies of playing hockey, camping, and golfing.

Cheryl Solano

Cheryl was born and raised in Denver CO, graduated from the University of Colorado attaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Marketing. She spent the next 18 years leading a successful sales career ranking as one of the top salespeople in the US for Companies like Coca-Cola, Computer Associates and Sun Microsystems.
After leaving the Corporate World she began her full-time real estate career 16 years ago, delivering white glove service at all price points and remains a top producer and a leader in the industry. Some of her designations and certifications include ABR, CRS, E-PRO, LHS, SFR and SRS.

Art Buck

Art is a lifelong Arizona resident with a degree in Real Estate and Business from Arizona State University. A seasoned real estate professional with 40 years of experience, he is an avid reader and passionate golfer but more than anything, a devoted father of two. Art has lived in his Cactus Corridor home in Scottsdale for more than 25 years, making him a true neighbor and community member.
Art is deeply engaged in his community. He serves on a Scottsdale Police Department Citizen Advisory Committee and was a contributor to the department’s 5-Year Planning Initiative. He has also been a past board member and Vice President for the Thunderbird Field II Veterans Memorial (Tbird2.org) in Scottsdale and is an active participant in various other community service activities.
